Morning Light, my thesis project, is a graphic novel that explores the phenomenon of having grown up too fast due to trauma. The 28-page novel covers the first act of the story as an excerpt of the larger narrative.
In the story, a villain starts the apocalypse and sends an idyllic world into a never-ending night. Alfie, an orphan who has nothing left to lose, bears the self-imposed burden of bringing light back to the world using a magic amulet.
